What Our HOA Roof Inspection Program Includes

Our HOA inspection programs are tailored to each community's needs. We inspect all shared and common-area roofs, including clubhouse buildings, maintenance structures, carports, and pergolas. For condominium associations, we cover all building roofs including flat roofs, pitched roofs, and rooftop mechanical areas.

Each inspection captures high-resolution 4K imagery of the entire roof surface, including flashing, vents, gutters, skylights, and any rooftop equipment. We identify missing or damaged shingles and tiles, deteriorated flashing, ponding water, gutter issues, and storm damage.

You receive a comprehensive report for each building, organized by address or unit number, with annotated photographs highlighting areas of concern and recommended actions. Reports include severity ratings to help boards prioritize repairs and budget accordingly.

Regular Inspection Schedules for Proactive Maintenance

We recommend that HOAs schedule roof inspections annually at minimum, with additional inspections following any major storm event. Regular inspections allow boards to catch small issues before they become major problems—saving the association significant money over time.
